SCOPE OF WORKS: General contractor on the “turnkey” basis.
SHORT DESCRIPTION: “Principal Plaza” is one of the most prestigious office buildings in Moscow.
Under the Contract the construction provided:
– 35 000 m2;
– 12 floors;
– 3 underground parkings;
– Administrative premises, such as restaurant, supermarket, swimming pool, fitness center and SPA.
Subject of the Contract covered all construction, front, mechanical and electrotechnical works, and finishing works of the main area as well.
TERMS: November 2006 – March 2008
